Astral Projection Relaxation Techniques for Beginners

Hello there, Marlon here, and what you are reading right now is all based on my experience and what I really thought about the Astral Projection. What is Astral Projection anyway? It is a skill that will help you visit or see what your loved ones’ or anyone abroad or far from you without actually spending a dime for transportation. It’s kind of risky though and it’s a tough skill to master. Why risky? Astral Projection is travelling to anywhere in this world using your mind and soul. Meaning, you are leaving your body behind (relaxed state) which can be dangerous because another soul might enter your body while you are astral projecting. To avoid this, you need to pray and must be in a safe place. Don’t do this near the cemetery or somewhere creepy. Try to take pictures first in the area and see if you will see some orbs in the photo before trying to astral travel. You can also light 2 white candles and put a delicious food on the table.

Always bear in mind that this is my own definition and guide, and if you are wondering why I wrote this blog? Well, honestly I was thinking about buying the “Astral Projection Relaxation Techniques”, and found out that there were not too many reviews online, so I decided to create this blog, to somehow help YOU. I do hope that this blog will eliminate early scepticisms and to become as a life saver to you.

OK, let's begin... The best to position to astral project is in a semi seated position. Yup, lying down is not the best option because it is hard to achieve full mind and body relaxation lying down or sitting up and most of my astral project successes have been achieved in a semi seated position.

Concentration is the key, and it is best that you do it alone and at night. You must release all the tension from your muscles. Start from your face - relax your jaws and let it relax. Then relax your shoulders, then your neck, then your arms, going down to your feet.

Proper breathing is important as well. You must inhale slowly and you must retain the breath from your nose for 2-3 seconds and then exhale through your mouth slowly and completely. Putting your body to relaxed state takes a lot of practice and it may take some time but each time you will find it alot easier to do.

Once you are in a relaxed state, you can do whatever you want, leave your body, fly and travel wherever you want to go. You can just go straight ahead to your destination by using the power of your mind. To get back to your body, just like when you are having nightmares – just imagine yourself hurting your body.
