First. lie on your back, or sit in a cross legged position - make sure that your spine is straight.
Then, Close your eyes
Take 5 deep slow breaths, Relax and calm your mind.
Start to visualize the color RED starting from the base of your spine.
Focus on the middle of your forehead then start concentratingon your closed eyes at 20-25 degrees which is just above the center of the forehead (at the place of third eye.)
At about three-second interval, count backwards from one hundred to one (100,99,98,97....and so forth).- keep your eyes centered towards the third eye.
